Universal Spring Loading

Photoshop has had spring-loaded tools for quite some time – just think of the hand tool which can be activated at any time by pressing, temporarily, the space-bar. However, with CS5 a whole new batch of tools got the spring-loaded treatment.

This video demonstrates the way to benefit from this when using the pen tool. Truth be told however, this video is purely for show… for the pen tool there are actually more common methods of working using the modifier keys.
