Using the Animation Panel and Smart Objects

In this video we create a simple animation using the heart shaped bokeh textures created in a previous video tutorial and a suitably wintry scene provided courtesy of Stock Xchng.

The snow in this animation is created using the add noise filter followed by an application of gaussian blur and then an application of levels.
